MHG Stikøkse - Slick

These hatchets are extra smart as they have replaceable handles which increase their functionality. Thus, they can be used both as a framing chisel and a slick, depending on the handle. 

The hatchet comes as a framing chisel, but you can replace it with a long handle. Thus, you suddenly find yourself with a slick in your hand instead. 

The hatchet is delivered with the handle loosely inserted into the base. A conical joint between the blade and the handle is designed so that blur is completely avoided.

Note that longer handles can be purchased and it is easy to switch between different handles
